Return Policy

7-Day Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Email us at sales@bonvoyageclothing.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 2 business days with instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We don't offer direct exchanges. Simply return your item and place a new order.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
